Terry Venables, a job on his hands

Terry Venables was finally unveiled as the new manager yesterday and today was his first trip to Leeds since being appointed. His first few decisions will be on the speculation that has been mounting since the world cup; whether he will be selling Bowyer or/and Ferdinand. he has already been keen to express that he doesn't want to, and has no intentions to, sell Ferdinand or Bowyer, but admits, the money has to come from somewhere.

Not only that but he has to impress the Leeds chairman and board, and some fans have been expressing their opinions. Some are in favour, but then some are against and would have preferred to have seen Celtic's Martin O'Neill in the hotseat.

Venables must bring success to Leeds. Is he the right man to for the job?, will he succeed?
