Turkey progress to the last 16 after winning on goal difference and preventing the drawing of lots, between themselves and Costa Rica. Turkey got off to a good start and were soon ahead through the striker Sas. 3 minutes later, another goal went in to to go 2 up. There final goal came at the end 2nd half and it was too much for the Chinese to handle as they crash out of the competition
China could have been a few more goals down if it hadn't been for their keeper who pulled off one stunning safe to prevent them going further behind.
