The money, the resources are the “servant” They are to serve My people, and yet these servants of money, resources and provision have been terribly paralyzed and tormented. Your funds, and resources have been unable to “move”. They have been paralyzed by the enemy. Your finances have been severely tormented and under attack by the enemy, as you are the very people I have called to be RICH, rich above all you could ever exceedingly think or imagine, rich according to My riches and glory. You are the people I am empowering to get wealth to establish My covenant on this earth in this final hour. You are the people who have given your lives to Me, no matter what the cost, you said, “I will follow”, and you have left homes, land and people for the Word sake and you have been obedient to go where I have told you to go, and I tell you this day you shall reap 100 fold, many of you this year of 2004. For there is an open door of abundance to you. Matthew 8:8 “Lord I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.” My children, your servant of finances and resources will be healed as YOU speak the word I have put in your mouth and in your heart. I have given you all authority and power. Speak My word over your bank books, your bank accounts, your wallets, your homes, your vehicles, your resources, your business’, your ministries, and I will heal them. For no more will the enemy cause your finances to be paralyzed. For I speak that they will move with great power, your servants will do the work, they will build, they will build My house, they will build communications that reach the globe over and over, they will build shelters and warehouses for resources, they will build supply centers for My people, these servants will build houses for My people, and these servants will cause My Word to be distributed throughout the earth with demonstrations of My power. For everything on this earth is to be your servant, for whatever you have need of, I have need of. I have not put any limits on you My children. There isn’t anything you cannot do in Me, nor accomplish. My hands are outstretched towards you, full of gifts, full of anything you need for that vision to come to pass.
The most valuable thing I have given you on this earth is My authority. In this authority is everything that you need in abundance. Go in this authority, speak in this authority, move in this authority, and watch and see your destiny in this area of great resources and finances bow to My name. Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works IN us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

1st Samuel 1:5-6 “But to Hannah he would give a double portion, for he loved Hannah, although the Lord had closed her womb. And her rival also provoked her severely, to make her miserable, because the Lord had closed her womb.”
As many may think contrary, the closed womb is not a bad thing. Another translation says “the Lord shut her womb.” Which is the same as Noah being “shut in the ark” from Part I. And the people who have submitted to the “shutting in” with the Lord are the very people are also receiving a double portion, as Hannah also received a double portion.
Many of you have been in a spiritual state of a “closed womb” or in a “shut in”. You haven’t seen the harvest or fruit manifest in your life as you have so desired in your heart. You have looked around and have seen the other people that God has blessed their wombs, that God has poured out upon, that God has anointed with many giftings, and you have even at times compared yourself to these people, and thought of yourself as if there is something wrong with you, or that God may of overlooked you and the call that is upon your life and the desires of your heart. The desires in your heart are the desires that God has put there, for His purposes and plans for your life that will impact others. Many of you are in that state of when will these words God has given me come to pass? Where are you Lord? The thought of carrying what is in your spirit for another day has come to the point of “hope deferred” and distressing.
There are many that have been tormented in their minds and spirits concerning the future and their closed womb. You must know that this is a spirit that is trying to discourage you and lie to you concerning your destiny and purpose. Trying to get you to abort the call that He has given you and implanted in you. The only thing the enemy can’t snatch from you (if you let him) is the Word implanted in you. Watch out for that, and cast every thought down that comes against the call and the Word that has been spoken to you by rhema and logos.
As Hannah prayed and cried out, so many of you have cried out to God to “not forget you” and to not overlook you, as the burning desire that resides within your heart is almost more than you can bare.
Vs. 11 “O Lord of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.”
As you have given the desires of your heart back to Him, as you have laid down your life for Him, God has surely remembered you today!
Vs. 19 “….and the Lord remembered her.”
Hallelujah! God has remembered you! He has remembered and recorded every cry of your heart, every prayer of the righteous. He has not forgotten you, but He would tell you that your womb has been closed for purpose and destiny. In other words your birthing has been for an appointed time. Just as the vision is for an appointed time, so is your destiny and purpose. You have conceived in your womb, but yet to deliver.
Vs. 20 “So it came to pass in the process of time that Hannah conceived and bore a son…”
The manifestation of your destiny, call and purpose is always IN THE PROCESS OF TIME, in His perfect will and timing. The closing of your womb was and is a timing thing, and a preparation thing, necessary to bring about the perfect will of God in your birthing as well as your destination in the fullness of God, not the fullness of man.
SAMUEL HAD TO BE BORN AT A SPECIFIC TIME
Not a minute sooner or a minute later. Samuel, born of Hannah, had to be born at a specific time to bring back holiness and righteousness back into the kingdom and the house of God. So is your destiny, calling and purpose. There are specific results and events that God desires to bring about with great abundance and success that can only happen in the timing of your birthing that He has pre-destined since the foundation of the universe, since before you ever entered that womb! Glory!
YOU ARE JUST NOW BEING BORN MY FRIENDS!
Ecc 3:1-2 “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born…”
I tell you today by the Spirit of the Lord, that many of you are just now being born. For it is your time. God has remembered you. He has remembered all that you have done in His Word, staying obedient to His call, and His word. You have not seen the manifested results in these areas in your life, because you weren’t born yet. You are just now being born. Let me say it again, you are just now being borrrrrrrrrn. You are just now birthing that destiny and call.
I cannot express enough the importance of the timing of your birth. Souls are hanging in the balance of the timing of your birth and birthing. You don’t want to be born pre-mature, and you don’t want to be born too late! Even Paul said, “…as though I had been born almost too late for this.” (1st Cor 15:8 Taylor trans) or another translation says “born out of due time.”
For many of you are carrying nations in your womb! No wonder you are so bloated! That is a lot to carry! Just as Rebekah carried two nations in her womb, so many of you are carrying nations. (Gen 25:23) The timing of these births are strategic and critical. Those of you carrying nations will see the birthing in this year of 2004. For the year of 2004 is an open door to the nations. God is using you to bring these forth in travail and prayer. I encourage you to pray these nations through with persistence, and be aware of distractions that would hinder you from this birth.
The Birth Canal
Its been hard for many of you to see the future and what God has for you, even though He has spoken many big and wonderful things to your spirit. It has been difficult to see to the next year, next month, next day…yet your destination is just around the corner! When you are in the birth canal my friends its tight and the sight is limited. (similar to being in that box as in part I) And with the enemy pounding on you about having a closed womb has not helped anything! Vs. 6 Jerus translation “Her rival would taunt her to annoy her, because Yahweh had made her barren.” Your rival may be taunting you, but you can just remind that ol’ devil that you are just now being born into your destiny, call and purpose and when you finally birth that Samuel, that devil is ejected out of your life. After Samuel is born you never hear of that devil bothering Hannah again! Glory!
The name Hannah means “favored” in the Hebrew, or “favor by petition”. My friends not only has God remembered you, but you are highly favored by Him. You have stepped into a new level of favor that He has bestowed upon you for this birthing that is in process. Make your petitions known to Him again, make your requests to God without limit, and ask BIG of Him, for those big desires in your heart have been planted there by His spirit, and yet, He needs you to speak out those desires, purposes and call, so they can be birthed in His timing.
Psalms 81:10 (Har trans) “I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: make your requests without limit and I will accede to them all.”
For God will accede or “approve” of all your requests without limit! Hallelujah! Your destiny is limitless! Those of you who are in that area of not being able to “see” the end result or that manifestation you are looking for, is the area of “patience and longsuffering”. This is what develops are faith and character. This is where we work to not grow weary, while doing good, so we will reap in DUE SEASON, if we do not lose heart. Be assured my friends when the Word speaks and says you can make your requests without limit and He will accede to them all, He will do just that in His due season.
Isaiah 66:19 “Shall I bring to the time of birth and not cause delivery?” Says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” Says your God.
The time of delivery is upon you for many, and soon for others. Rejoice and be glad for you are just now being born!
Remember: God has remembered you today!

Many are called, but few are chosen. The “few” are the ones who “choose” the call. There is a remnant generation from the Church about to emerge from un-known places that have been hidden for many years.
These few are the ones who have been obedient to follow Gods ways, though not what they would expect, nor what they would have chosen for themselves. As a matter of fact these are the very people who are on the edge of their seat awaiting to see exactly “how” God is going to use them, and wondering “when” is that “set time” of God releasing them. For many the waiting has been almost un-bearable, and yet at peace with staying hidden, staying in God’s perfect plan and will. They have been “shut in” so to speak, just like Noah was “shut in” to the ark.
Gen 7:16 “…and the Lord shut him in.”
When God shut Noah in that ark, He shut him in for 150 days, or 5 months. That’s a long time to be “sea-bound” in a big boat with the same people and a bunch of stinky animals!
The ark in Hebrew means “box”
Many of you have felt “boxed in”, you have felt “boxed up” you have been confined to walls in your call. These are not bad walls, these are walls of protection, and preparation. For the ones who would not submit to God’s box, as a set apart time to Him are missing what would have been the essence of the call, because its in that box where He can pour into you the mantles, anointing and giftings, and begin to grow you up solid in His word, where nothing will shake you or move you except the Word. It’s in the box where God takes you to the next level in Him.
My friends it takes faith and obedience to all God to shut you in to the box, to go into the ark. Common’, Noah had to be obedient to build a big huge boat when there was no rain, Noah had to be obedient and move by faith to go into the ark once it was completed, believing and trusting God would do what He said He was going to do. That God is not a liar and nor should His word return to Him void. God will do what He said He was going to do in your life and in your call! Glory!
So we have you and Noah traveling along in this box, the scenery is the same every day, water and more water for as far as the eye can see, a good place to have a chia pet! (just add water!) And you are wandering for months, and some of you years, when Lord? When is the water going to recede? Nothing seems stable in your life, as there has been no where to anchor your ship, your box. In the box is quiet, it’s just you and God, with His still small voice. Its been 5 months now out on that water, and you are desperately searching for the sight of land, and still wondering “when Lord”? and not hearing anything back! After a while not hearing anything back on “when”, one may tend to question the call, question if they heard God properly, question what is really ahead for them, and even wonder if God may of forgot them. Could God have placed you in the box and forgotten you???? I’ve got good news for you my friends!
THEN GOD REMEMBERED!!! Hallelujah!!
Gen 8:1 “Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth and the waters subsided.”
My friends, then God remembered YOU! God remembered that He has predestined and fore ordained you since before you were in the womb! Glory!
Then God remembered that just as He chose you in Him before the foundation of the world that He will fulfill His word to you.
Then God remembered you were born for such a time as this!
Then God remembered the specific call and plans He had made just for you!
Then God remembered all the mantles, giftings and anointings He has placed upon you and in you!
Then God remembered that He has plans to prosper His servants, and not to harm them.
Then God remembered how faithful you have been in that box, He remembered how obedient you have been to follow His instructions and walk by faith and not by sight.
Then God remembered how instead of you choosing to be offended how you chose to practice mercy, grace and forgiveness towards others.
Then God remembered that you have kept His commandment to love the Lord thy God with all thy heart.
Then God remembered how you sowed everything you had to follow the call of God upon your life, He remember how you have left all behind, how you have left the past behind, pressing towards the mark of the High call of God.
Then God remembered how you have persevered through many trials and tribulations. Then God remembered His word to save your household,
Then God remembered He has called you to a super abundant life.
Then God remembered that you have been a tither and a giver faithfully unto Him.
Then God remembered you have been a God pleaser and not a man pleaser.
Then God remembered how you have not given up and have continually walked a life full of faith and obedience and He remembered when you failed in areas that you were quick to repent, and move on.
Then God remembered how you said, “Here am I Lord, send me!”
Those who have been in that box, surrounded by the waters and have been faithful and obedient to stay put where God has put them, God is remembering you right now! Glory! The waters are subsiding and He is getting ready to release you from that ark, from that box.
Remembered in Hebrew means “to mark”.
For God has marked you this day! He has not forgotten you; on the contrary He has remembered you. You have caught His attention and will not go un-noticed or un-rewarded for those who have diligently sought Him faithfully and the winds of God are about to pass over you as the breath of God comes upon you.
Everyone has their own set-time to come out of that box, but when God says “Go out” its time to “come out”.
Gen 8:16 “Go out of the ark (box) you and your wife and your sons and your sons wives with you.
When God releases you, and you come out of that box, you bring every living thing every living creature out with you! You bring out to the world, out to the body of Christ every living gifting God has given you in that box, every living mantle God has given you in that box, every living Word God has given you in that box, and you take those things and you are commanded to be fruitful and multiply, going forth to all the world making disciples unto all nations! Glory!
Gen 8:17 “Bring out with you every living thing of all flesh that is with you…and be fruitful and multiply on the earth.”
The last thing you need to do when you come out of that box my friends is you better give God an offering! God doesn’t command it, but I would strongly suggest you follow what Noah did.
Gen 8:20 Then Noah built an altar to the Lord…and offered burnt offering on the alter. And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for mans sake…”
Vs. 22 “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest…”
Noah’s offering got God’s attention…and God declared he would never destroy the land again, and God setup seedtime and harvest time forever! Noah’s offering moved God to setup a system where as long as we sow, there will always be a harvest! Hallelujah!

Luke 1:45 “Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment/performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.”
This verse holds the one of the keys into reaching your destination that has been prophesied over you since before you were born. As was discussed in part I that every word is a “seed planted” that is spoken, whether that seed is truth or a lie, it will be watered and there will be a manifestation of that seed planted, whether bad or good. The key is “believing” and agreeing with the Word. Whenever anything is spoken to us, whether from the Word of God or sister bucketmouth, we have a choice to “believe” that word or discard that word.
In Luke, chapter 1 we find two people that have the opportunity to believe and agree with the Word of God; Zacharias and Mary the mother of Jesus. Mary was a carrier of that “Seed”, called Jesus, also called “the Word”. Mary was a woman of a destination, Mary was a woman of great purpose. Mary’s destination was implanted in her by a “seed”, a seed that was spoken into her and over her by an angel of God. Praise God, Mary also chose to receive/believe this word, this seed as the word of God, and came into agreement with the word.
Luke 1:38 “Then Mary said, ‘Behold the maid servant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.’ And the angel departed from her.”
When you come into agreement with the word and what God has spoken over your life, that makes two. The word says: “For if two of you agree on earth concerning ANYTHING that they ask it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” (Matt 18:19) Mary was in agreement. If she hadn’t been in agreement with the word, my guess is she would have been struck mute as our friend Zacharias was.
As soon as Mary said, “Let it be unto me according to thy word.” Immediately that Seed/Word was implanted in her and she became pregnant with the Son of God. Who implanted the Seed? The Holy Spirit that came upon her. Again, the Holy Spirit is the “performer”. He brings the Word to come to pass. We speak the Word of God in our lives, we speak the prophecies, we speak the rhema word He has “planted” in our hearts and spirits, come into agreement with those words, BELIEVE them and THEN He (Holy Spirit our helper) performs/fulfills those words. So lets change Luke 1:45 and replace the word “she” with “you”.
Luke 1:45 “Blessed are YOU who believed, for there will be a fulfillment/performance of those things (in your life) which were told YOU from the Lord.”
Now Zacharias had the same opportunity as Mary did to respond to the word/seed of God. They both had a visitation concerning their destinies, concerning their destination to be reached and fulfilled. We find in Luke 1:20 that the angel of the Lord calls Zacharias to be mute after not believing the word sent to him for his destiny. This was not a punishment on Zacharias as much as it was the mercy of God. If he was not struck mute, Zacharias would of killed the seed that was being planted in him by his words, (oh how many times I wish that someone would of shut me up before I spouted out something stupid over myself!) and it was necessary that John the Baptist was to be born to prepare the way for the true Word, the true Seed. We find in Luke 1:63, that as soon as Zach lined himself up in agreement with the word of destination that his tongue was loosed and he could speak once again.
As for all those things we are on the edge of our seats awaiting to come to pass, awaiting for that fulfillment and destination, we must BELIEVE and as well come into AGREEMENT with these words that are seeds planted in our lives. By doing this, we are protecting the seeds planted in us, and the promises of God that belong to us. For all of God’s promises to us are “yes” and “amen”. The only way we can lose these benefits is if we allow the enemy to steal the seeds and words implanted in us. The only thing the devil can take from you (if you allow him) is the truth, the Word.
Luke 8:11 “…The seed is the word of God. Vs. 12 “…then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should “BELIEVE” and be saved.”
The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy what? The Word! He is after the “seed” of the Word of God that has been planted in us in order to abort your destination. The enemy has no legal rights to touch us, but if he can get us to “not believe” in the rhema words, to not believe in the logos Word, to not believe in the prophecies spoken over us from many years ago, then he has successfully aborted those destinations in us, until there is a repentance of the un-belief. We are not un-aware of his schemes, he comes to take the word out of us-and he has no right to do that, he can only do that if we allow it to happen. That’s why we fight the good fight of faith, not the devil, but faith. You overcome the devil by standing in your faith and not being moved, not wavering in the words/seeds that have been implanted in you. The good news is battle is already won, but we must overcome by the blood of the lamb and the WORD of our testimony.
Really, the enemy has been after the “Seed/Word” since the fall of man. We find in Genesis 3:15 “…and I will put enmity between your seed and her Seed.” Enmity means “deep rooted hatred”. The enemy has hated the Seed, because the Seed is the Word. Then satan tried to breed the Seed out by having relations with women on the earth, (which manifested in the giants) trying to corrupt the blood line, so the Seed couldn’t come. The Seed/Jesus had to come through a pure blood line. God then wiped out that generation, and kept Noah and his family, to re-start again, with a pure blood line. Of course we also find the devil trying to kill the Seed/Jesus/Word on the cross, and he still wasn’t successful. Glory! For now that Jesus has resurrected and is living in us, there are too many seeds walking around this earth for him to destroy. It just can’t be done! Glory! There is no stopping the Seed. That Seed dwells in you. That Seed is your destination. Believe the Word of God spoken over you my friends, allow those seeds to be planted in your heart, water those seeds with your words and allow them to grow, mature and come into full harvest, bearing good fruit, producing some thirty, some sixty and some hundred fold! Do not let the enemy get a foot hold in your thought life, where the seeds are planted, do not let him gain access of any of your words. You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus, and through Him ALL things are possible-and its only in Christ that you will ever reach your destination that He has for you.
Whatever you are believing for today is attainable and reachable. Whether you are standing on a prophetic word to come to pass, or you are believing for a physical healing, financial healing, emotional healing-find what God says about these things, and water your symptoms, water your circumstances with the Word, believe and watch your destination begin to manifest and bear fruit, from the seeds that have been sown. Don’t let other people speak anything other than the truth over your life. If they say you are sick, tell them you are healed, if they say you are broke, tell them you are rich. Guard your promises that God has given you. For there is about to be a performance and fulfillment of all that God has told you, all that God has promised you as you believe.
Luke 1:45 “Blessed are YOU who believed, for there will be a fulfillment/performance of those things (in your life) which were told YOU from the Lord.”

Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. We are no longer affected by the curses in Deut 28. I do believe that the curse is to have no power in our lives and we have the right to be free. Salvation is a process of working out our salvation with fear and trembling. Also I believe in divine healing and by his stripes we were healed. Do we struggle with sickness? Is there a need to contend for the full promise of God in our lives? The bible is our road map to every spiritual blessing but experience truth, application and positional truth are two different things. The devil is wanting to resist Gods blessing in your lives. In Romans Chapter 6 Paul the apostle speaking to born again Christians deals with the reality of the power of the curse of the law (sin) functioning in our lives when we choose to sin after being saved. Admonition For The Weary-- Yolanda Ballard You need to be watchful at all times, because when you let your guard down, he moves in to try to steal, kill and destroy your joy and the anointing you have upon your life. For the enemy is always watchful and waiting for that slip up, that chink in the armor, that careless move. Be on guard at all times for yes, you are in a war zone, and there is constant battle going on around you that involves you and your loved ones. Resting in the Confidence of His Love Joseph Herrin I suspect there are a large number of people like myself who are struggling with issues of faith and seeking a place of rest. The Spirit has led us to one perilous place after another. We find ourselves in situations where we are looking steadfastly unto God to deliver us from some trial that we cannot resolve in our own strength, or do not wish to resolve by our own strength knowing that we will only bring forth an Ishmael. We may have been down this way many times before, but we find that the struggle to maintain an attitude of peace in the midst of the trial still rages. If we could just have peace, the things we face would be as nothing. Time To Draw Near Yolanda Ballard For truly I say to you that many of My people have fallen into the sin of unbelief, and this should not be happening at this time, for these are perilous times, and you need to draw close to Me and rest in My faithfulness to protect you and keep My word to you. For the enemy is seeking all that he can devour, and he is doing it through the sin of unbelief.
