Fincayra

Fincayra is one of the two agricultural cities that supply Delusa with crops. The thing is, the structure of the city is rather unique and dosen't resemble a town or a city at all. In fact, The so-called city rises upward rather than across the land. The 'center' of the city is a large tower with a diameter of 102 meters. The tower stretches high into the sky rivaling that of any surrounding structure built by man. Climbing to a height close to that of the space needle in Seattle, It is used as a main living quarters for the citizens who are no less unique than the town's layout. Continuing with the general area first, Around the central tower are the crop fields that stretch 700 yards before meeting with several towers smaller in size as opposed to the central structure. These other towers that stretch 51 meters in diameter and about 8 stories up into the sky compared to a typical building are spaced out one every 75 yards in a circular manner. These towers are for people who are not citizens of the town and seldom are outsiders let into the central tower except for the Delusian military. This central tower was also converted to Diadem by Xenos to better serve the kingdom. The outer towers hold typical inns, taverns, shops, smiths and other things pertaining to those who are not descendent of the people inhabiting the area.

The people who live in this town obviously farm the land, however their appearance is more different than that of humans or elvens alike. Humanoid in form, they have many markings resembling tattoos about their body in arrangements unique to the family and individual. There appears to be a sort of gem located about their foreheads and a metallic orb located at or just below the naval. Many of the people wear gloves that tend to run the length of their arms cutting off around their elbows along the middle of their upper arms depending on the individual. The people call themselves the celestia and seem to hold powers that can easily match and surpass that of any elven or human by nature. It would seem that all celestia have an innate gift about them, however the truth is much more than what it appears with these people for that very truth is the secret of their own society. They are generally a peaceful people, however there have been several-noted blacksheep of their 'tribe'. The same people also reside in Landsdale.
