For those of you not able to attend our meetings, here is important information concerning your horses papers. The AA and PPHRNA finally merged and a new Registry was formed, the North American Peruvian Horse Association or NAPHA. If you did not belong to either the AA or PPHRNA, please visit NAPHA'S website for details, unter our "LINKS" page.
The second important change is, that DNA typing is now required for foals registered in the year 2006, as well as the foal's Sire and Dam. All registered stallions had to have DNA on file for a number of years, but the mares did not.
General Meeting, March 18th, was postponed to March 25th, 2pm. at Eric and Linda Fairhall's Ranch.

We again managed to have a "Gaited Horse Class" added to the 4 BVS Open Horse Shows for the year 2006. The dates are as follows:

The date for the 2006 Club Fundraiser will be June 2 and 3rd.
This years Open House will be held on August 12th at Jim and Margie Gilliland's ranch as usual. The clinician will be Fran and Steve Todd.
