Chi Kung

"Chi Kung is an exercise system from China that combines stillness, or gentle movement, with calm regular breathing. Although there are many different styles of chi kung, the movements themselves are usually easy to learn. The challenge comes from coordinating these with the correct way of breathing. When this is achieved, the body's natural vitality (Chi) is circulated far more efficiently than would normally be the case. With daily practice, therefore, chi kung can strengthen the overall state of health and increase resistance to illness." *

I will expand on the above by saying that Chi Kung can be both hard or soft [on the body]. It can also be relatively relaxed and fluid or tense and harsh [in it's movements]. It is important to note that some CK exercises might fall under the category of meditation, but "anything" can become meditation. Below I discuss CK techniques that I have acquired through reading and personal instruction. I have applied these exercises and I could list many more, but I will restrict this discussion to the exercises that offer the most occult value. If there is a specific need expressed (organ, chakra, region), I would be more than happy to include additional exercises where my knowledge allows me to do so.
