In addition to many of the Chinese systems, I hold Yoga in very high regard. By my experience thus far, Yoga employed with Kundalini objectives in mind produces very fast results and is second to none at inducing bliss states- on occasion, through Yoga I have found myself overwhelmed by deep feelings of joy and satisfaction, i.e. intense bliss. This state is both subjective and objective in that it effects the people around you as well- you can barely restrain yourself from smiling as your Soul begins to radiate joy deep from within. Yoga is of course "supplementary to" the JoS Meditations, which greatly enhance the effectiveness of other systems. I am presently refocusing my training in order to achieve certain occult goals- I have halted construction of this section to make time for this. I am also in the process of gaining additional healing experience. I will keep this section basic and to the point for now, but I intend to expand upon its content at the appropriate time, going in-depth into my own experiences, etc. Know that energy is trapped in the joints- you will feel a powerful release when you open these through Yoga. Those who do Yoga must also induce circulation via active Chi Kung exercises or some sport or form of Cardio. Yoga releases and circulates energy in ways that can result in energy stagnation- you want to clear and circulate any potentially stagnant energy. This is relatively easy to do. |
Yoga & Links Yoga provides the LHP practitioner with many different Asanas, postures that may be learned in a classroom setting, but also learned and applied on your own, privately. If you are new to Yoga, you might benefit from taking an intro class, so you gain some body awareness and so you can observe an instructor applying the postures. Take my advice and progress slowly with Yoga, allowing your body to adjust to the postures- don’t force the stretches; build up flexibility gradually. Progress at your own pace- we are each different. Ideally, you should be able to go to the links that I provide below and select your own postures according to your needs and occult goals.
