Plain (basic) Couscous
This recipe is designed to make basic plain old couscous( couscous is a type of small round semolia pasta).You can flavor it with olives, garlic, or practically anything else you find you like the taste of with it. Personally, I prefer olives.Enjoy!
2 cups plain couscous (available in bulk at most health food stores)
2 cups water
1 Tbsp olive oil
Bring water to boiling-stir in couscous + any seasons you wish to add.Cover immediately and remove from heat.Let steam for 10 minutes.Stir and serve while warm.
