Oak Lawn Cemetery and Arboretum is a large cemetery located on Bronson Road in Fairfield, Connecticut. The cemetery dates from 1865 and has many burials from the later-1800s up through the present day. The cemetery also functions as an arboretum, home to several unique types of trees. Structures on the property are dedicated to bee-keeping; the cemetery association creates its own brand of honey, which is sold locally.
Oak Lawn Cemetery is the final resting place of multiple award-winning actor, Jason Robards, and television icon, Mary Tyler Moore.
Estimated number of interments, as of January 2024: at least 13,091.

Plot of Jason Robards (1922-2000) and his wife, Lois. Robards received eight Tony Award nominations, more than any other male actor. He has won a Tony Award, two Best Supporting Actor Academy awards, and an Emmy Award. He is in the American Theater Hall of Fame. Robards has six children, including the actor Sam Robards, with ex-wife, Lauren Bacall.
Actress Mary Tyler Moore (1936-2017), famous for her iconic roles as Laura Petrie on The Dick Van Dyke Show and Mary Richards on her eponymous hit, The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She received seven Emmy Awards, an Academy Award and a special Tony Award. Moore was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame and she received a Lifetime Achievement Award in Comedy from the American Comedy Awards. She also has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
