The Lin Kuei Grandmaster is the apparent leader of the Lin Kuei clan. He cares little for the fate of anything but the Lin Kuei, and the destruction of their archenemies - the Shirai Ryu clan. The Grandmaster made a deal with Quan Chi to have Sub-Zero steal the Map of Elements and the Amulet of Shinnok in order to have the Shirai Ryu clan exterminated. Later, he enlisted Sub-Zero for Shang Tsung's Mortal Kombat tournament.
