    This is a Newsday article explaining the details of capital case being reevaluated by the Supreme Court on the grounds of lawyer

    incompetence. This is another piece of evidence that supports the controversial contention that the judicial system is unfair.

Schindler’s List, Universal Studios, 1993.

    This is a movie depicting the actions of a man named Oscar Schindler who saved the lives of over one thousand Jewish people during

    the holocaust. The actions of the Nazis, as shown in the movie, will serve as an example as to how morality can vary from what we

    perceive it as today.

     A text that asks that disable people be treated equally. This will be used as an introduction to the effect of Victim Impact Evidence

    (VIE) in capital cases. This book provides examples of opportunity limited by external factors.

 

 

STATE OF ARIZONA, Appellee, v. RAY MILTON KRONE, Appellant. 182 Ariz.

     319, 1995.

    This is the case of Ray Krone who was convicted of murder and sentenced to death. After DNA testing, it was shown that he could

    not have been the true killer and was set free. This will be used as an example of the fallibility of the judicial system.

    STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE TENTH CIRCUIT

     157 F.3d 809; 1998 U.S. App. LEXIS 24612, 1998.

    This case was a failed appeal attempt made by Timothy McVeigh to avoid execution. It also provides the history of his original case

    and conviction. The appeal was denied. This will be used to juxtapose the aforementioned case.
