My Mission StatementKnowledge is a key tool for any Personal Trainer, this, and the key to using this knowledge, are just some of the things that make a Personal Trainer able to reach goals and achieve results in a fast and safe manner. So within the growing industry of fitness it is important for a Personal Trainer to know as much as possible within the realms of fitness. Things such as what are the most and what are the least beneficial exercises, how to get results in the fastest times (increase gym efficiency) and to know exactly what are safe exercises. It is also beneficial to cater for customer needs by specializing in certain fields, after all, "Its more beneficial to be a master of some trades, than to be a jack of all trades". Once the qualification to train an individual on a one to one basis is acquired it is of massive importance to attend regular workshops and top up courses, as the leisure industry is one that is being modified and reviewed every single day. Within this web site, Carl will give the details and dates of each new course that he is due to attend to acquire all the latest knowledge and the safest teaching points. As you can see sue comfortably reached her goal’s and actually made huge physical differences to her body shape, losing a massive 3 and a half inches round her waist, 1 stone of body weight and a remarkable 5 % reduction in body fat. Jimmy also gained 2 kg lean muscle tissue, changed his previous body shape and lost 3 % body fat. Jimmy’s new goal in to run under 3 hours and 30 minutes in next years New York marathon.
