Simply because each individuals lifestyles are different.  People’s lifestyles are constantly changing but ask your self these two questions "do my training methods and dietary needs currently suit my lifestyle?" and also " does my training methods and diet change every time my lifestyle changes?”. if the answer is no you may consider Personal Training.
