Kappa Score Kard
Our Grand Polemarch, Brother Samuel C. Hamilton along
with the Grand Board of Directors has developed this ‘Kappa Score Kard’ to outline
its goals and strategies they plan to implement to the members within the
fraternity.
‘So
as we strive to provide aggressive, proactive, visionary leadership, we
challenge you to hold us accountable to our promises, which were listed in our
Campaign Platform. They are not only
for you to ‘keep score’, but to keep us on track as well.’
- Creation and implementation of
strategies that immediately enhance Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
financial viability. Utilize
existing means and creation of new options to increase revenue generation
while holding expenses to modest increases based on CPI.
- Effectively and efficiently
communicate to the membership and provide a high degree of service and
support (to the membership) utilizing technology enhancements available
and affordable to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
- Develop and establish Strategic
Corporate Partnerships to further develop Guide Right programs in
collaboration wit our philanthropic arm, Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation, Inc.
- Immediately begin a comprehensive
review and analysis of all operating, entities, policies, procedures and
their Constitutional basis with recommendation for revision and
synchronization to the Delegates of the 77th Grand Chapter
Meeting utilizing professional and volunteer talent available within and
outside the membership.
- Develop collaborations that build
upon Kappa’s existing commitment to the Health and Welfare of our
membership and the communities we serve through education and the training
of Health Care Professionals.
