Now here is a picture of the solid axle Dana-44 from the 1971 Ford bronco, This is the axle that went in place after i removed the dana-35 TTB

Heres after the old Axle was yanked out and the new one sitting in its soon to be bolted in place

Heres a photo after the drum brakes were removed and the new chevy spindals and backing plates were installed

Above Picture shows the 79 F-150 2 wd Master cylinder I used for the swap

My Wristed Radius Arm on Passanger side

How the truck Looks as of Today

Update : The 3" body lift has been removed at the same time I replaced the body mount bushings. dureing removal of the old bushings all the factory sleeves had to be cut out, so here is what I did to solve the problem cheaply. I went down to the local steel junk yard walked threw the yard till I found a pile of 6" long steel tubeing pieces i had my bushing with me and i measured and once i found one that fit nice and tight ( had to be pressed in by hammer) i grabbed a good 12 of them brought them home cut them down to the same length of the bushing installed the bushings into the truck with the new steel homemade sleeves then installed the bolts with a large washer on the top and a large washer and lock ring on the bottom and added thread locker to all my hardware after the first 200 Kilometers i re tourqed all my bolts and non had come loose. heres a picture of the bushing with my steel sleeve installed anda picture beside it of the steel i used for the inside of the bushing.

here is a picture of the bushing installed onto the Bronco along with the washers / nuts and locknuts

Above photo is what you should have left once the new bushings are installed. These are the ford factory bushings. some were mushy and some were still good , but i replaced them all. eaisest way to get these removed from the truck is a sawsall and a few metal blades not the cheap blades purchase good blades a good blade will go allot longer then a cheap blade.
