A Youth Congress Carol

"A Youth Congress Carol" was presented by the CTY on Sunday night, August 5th. The goal of the production was three-fold:

1. Involve the youth in drama, music and song
2. Share the impact of Youth Congress on those undecided
3. Raise the necessary funds to assist those who could not afford to go

The whole thing was a "smashing success." Nearly forty young people were involved in writing, directing, acting, playing, and singing in the drama. There were three young people who decided to go after seeing the drama. One of them was Samantha R. who, incidentally, received the Holy Ghost the first night of Youth Congress!

It was well worth it. The goal was to raise $1,500. The Lord came through - $2,000 in pledges and offerings were received after the drama. Thank you for your support.
