Kender was born May 23, 1997 and is black and red. His hips and elbows are OFA Good. He is a regular visiting TDI Therapy Dog. He adores children! So, we decided to start regularly visiting the children's hospitals in addition to our nursing home visits. Kender is trained in many sports: agility, obedience, frisbee, herding and some Schutzhund.
Kender is doing well competing in Agility, he got his Novice Agility title (NA) in October with 1 first place and 2 third places. Kender followed that up with 2 first and 1 second for his Open Agility title (OA). Currently he is competing in the Open class in Obedience and Excellents class in Agility. He loves to learn and is quite intelligent. He is a classic looking shepherd.
Kender winning first place and recieving his title in Open Standard Agility in January, 2002. Kender is now competing in the Excellents class.
