Dulcea is the beautiful Master Warrior of the planet Pheados and guardian of the great Ninjetti power. From what I’ve heard about her, I’m guessing that she was one of the original six Power Rangers that locked Ivan Ooze away six thousand years ago. In the Power Rangers first movie, she saves the Rangers from Ivan Ooze’s Tengu warriors. After learning that the Rangers are Zordon’s protégés, she takes them under her wing and gave them part of their new Ninja Powers.
Dulcea’s eternal beauty is preserved by the powers of Pheados. If she ever leaves, she will begin to age rapidly and eventually die. Unfortunately, Dulcea was never featured in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, but it is rumored that she will be the mentor of the Wild Force Rangers
