Kimberly started out as sort of a miss priss whose primary interests were gymnastics, cloths, and shopping. But after Zordon chose her to become the first Pink Ranger, Kim became a more caring, confident, and selfless soul, who isnft afraid to go out on a limb for others.
As the Pink Ranger, Kimberly defended Earth from Rita with the help of her Pterodactyl Dinozord. When Lord Zedd arrived, the Pterodactyl was up graded to the Firebird Thunderzord. After Rito Revolto destroyed the Firebird, and Kimfs powers, Ninjor gave Kimberly a new Pink Power Coin and the Crane Ninja Zord. She also helped Tommy control the White Shogun Zord, when it was needed.
Kimfs career as a Power Ranger ended when she decided to move to Florida and train for the Pan Global Games. She passed her Power Coin on to Kat, who became the new Pink Ranger. Kim returned to Angel Grove a couple of years later, only to be kidnapped by Divatox and turned evil by the monster, Maligore. Luckily, she was able to return to good with the help of her friends and the wizard, Lergot.
