Angela Fairweather is the Lightspeed Aquabase’s lead technician and inventor. It was her and her team that built the Lightspeed Zords, most of the weapons in the Rangers arsenal, (the Mega Battles with the aid of her brother, Clark) and possibly the Aquabase and the Rescue Morphers.
Ms. Fairweather also stired the emotions of Green Ranger Joel. His attempts to “laso the little philly” always backfired (the most hilarious moments in PRLR). But, Ms. Fairweather finally fell victim to Joel’s charm and not only went out with, but later married Joel. Too bad their honeymoon was interrupted when Joel got called away to help the Time Force Rangers defeat Vypra.
