Young Theodore J. Jarvis Johnson (his friends call him T.J) was just your average teenager on a bus on his way to Angle Grove to stay with his uncle and play baseball. His life took an unexpected turn when he and his new friend Cassie rescued a girl named Kat from a band of Peraunnatrons and then tracked down and saved her kidnaped boyfriend,Tommy.
Like many young people, T.J fantisised about becoming a part of one of Earth's most elite protectors, the Power Rangers. Little did he know that his unselfish act of bravery would lead to the fullfillment of that dream. Tommy was the Red Ranger and leader of the Tubo Rangers team and when it came time for him to retire, Tommy chose T.J to be his sucsesor.
In addition to being brave and unselfish, T.J. is the sort of piller of strenth for the Turbo Rangers and later the Space Rangers. No matter how bad things got, he never gave up. He also gives each individual Ranger support when they need it most. T.J. is also one of the most level headed Rangers, letting nothing break his focus or extramly mad. Of all the Turbo Rangers, he is the one with the most sense of humor.
T.J.'s quick thninking has helped both Turbo and Space teams to victory. It also helps him out when he's playing sports. T.J. is an excellent baseball player and he's not that bad of a basketball player either.
If T.J. is also a little on the cautious side. When Astronema joined the Rangers in their quest for Zordon, T.J. was the most suspicious that she was really up to no good.
T.J. has been called back to duty twice since the defeat of Dark Spector and the Untied Allience of Evil. He doned his blue Space uniform again to help the Galaxy Rangers defeat the Psycho Rangers and he doned his red Turbo uniform to help all the other Red Power Rangers defeat the last members of the Machiene Empire.
T.J. is played by Shelden Ward
