It started out as a dismal day for the Zeo Rangers. They were being battered and brused by an army of Cogs and a monster named Wolfbane. Then, from out of nowhere, a mysterious Gold Ranger came and kicked some machine butt.
The Gold Ranger turned out to be Trey, the young Lord of the planet Triforia. His identiy was kept a secret from the Zeo Rangers until a band of Varox bounty hunters forced him to crashland his Zory, Pyramidas, into the oceans of Aquitar. Aquitar's atmospher caused Trey's being to splinter into three forms-courage, heart, and wisdom. Like this, he couldn't control the Gold Ranger powers, so he passed them off to former Red Ranger Jason. But eventhough Trey wasn't a ranger anymore, he still helped the Zeo team by provideing them with the Super Zeo Zords and teh warrior wheel.
Jason posessed the Gold Ranger powers until they began to ebb away at his life force. So he and Trey underwent a risky power transfer to restore Trey's powers and unified form. It worked and Trey was able to participate in the Zeo Rangers last battle for with the Machine Empire.
The last time PR fans saw Trey , he was battling Ritta and Zedd's forces on Triforia. He was captured, but then freed when Ritta and Zedd were changed into humans and thier forces into sand.
Trey is a handsome young warrior who's willing to sacrafice evreything to rid the universe of evil. His three strong points are, of course, wisdom, courage, and heart. He's also one of those characters who should have been focused on more than he was.
Trey is played by Brad Hawkins
