Tyler is one of the creators of the V.R. Troopers, but before the powers he created were given out, he was kidnapped by Grimlord and transformed into the mutiant Dark Heart. After ten years, Tyler's right mind and body were restored thatnks to the V.R. Troopers and his old colluge, Prof. Heart. But Tyler remained a prisoner of Grimlord's until he was finaly freed by his son, Ryan.
Tyler's reunion with Ryan wasbrief. Soon after he foiling a plot to destroy the Trooper's powers, Tyler left for Norway with his friend, Dr. Jacobson, to find a way to get rid of Grimlord for good.
Tyler is a caring father and a brave and deturmind man who's ready to risk it all to rid the world of evil.
