Castration along with Confinement

I despise uncontrolled destruction created by power hungry rapists. These sick individuals steal all that is pure from their helpless victims and leave them to wallow in the misery of abuse. They fear no reprisal from the judicial system. Why should they? The system is created and run by the people for the people. Take a brief look at our society and realize there are no lines drawn on where this disease can spread. There is no immunity in government, in court, or in the public.

The evidence is hardly concrete and the predator now turns into everone around. How do you distinguish the eyes of a demon from the eyes that pierce you everyday? No court can resolve this matter through mandating just a jail sentence and their meager justice can only bring enough closure to make the victim feel they have little protection and justice under the law.

Unfortunately, these rapists are still free and if they have beaten the court system or served their "time", they are ready to prey again. Chemical and/or Physical Castration must be administered to convicted rapists. Where as a criminal gives up his/her possession of their weapons, the rapist must lose theirs also.

Not only will this be a crime deterrent, but it was also be an affective prevention method and provide sufficient justice. No longer will these monsters be able to just catch up on their sleep or hit the weight room, but they will also lose their "weapons", their dignity, and carry around the scars of their demonic pleasures.

If one is cold and callous enough to rob another of his/her dignity, innocence, and rights, then it is justified thta they lose theirs also. They have proven their contempt and have shattered anothers' existence and must be tried to the fullest extent of the law and more. The power of this execution is not in the hands of the government, but in the hands of the victims who have been exhausted with the meager convictions of these dangerous individuals. This is justice for the victim, from the victim.
