In 1986, Rob Rock got his chance to audition for a Los Angeles supergroup that needed the right singer to complete the band. He got the gig and proceeded to write and record his first album. That album was M.A.R.S. Project: DRIVER , which included guitar virtuoso Tony MacAlpine, and the famous rhythm section of Ozzy Osbourne; bass player Rudy Sarzo and drummer Tommy Aldridge.
After Rudy and Tommy were recruited to join Whitesnake ’87, Tony went back to his solo career and Rob set out to hone his vocal and songwriting skills by recording albums including the first Impellitteri EP  with Chris Impellitteri in 1987.

After his brief departure from Impellitteri, Rob Rock recorded a number of great albums including Joshua's "Intense Defense"  with Joshua Perahia in 1988.
Angelica  with Dennis Cameron in 1989.

Driver  with Roy Z in 1990.
Axel Rudi Pell's Nasty Reputation  in 1991.
In 1991 came the return of Rob in his former band Impellitteri and they recorded numerous great Impellitteri albums:
'Grin and bear it' in 1992,  'Victim of the System' in 1993, 'Answer to the Master'  in 1994, 'Screaming Symphony'  in 1996, 'Fuel for the Fire'  in 1997, 'Eye of the Hurricane'  in 1997 and 'Crunch'  in 2000.

In the year 2000, Rob appeared in the Randy Rhoads tribute album and recorded two tracks. (In 2001, we see the release of Rob Rock's new project as vocalist in the album "Warrior" with Joe Floyd and his guest appearance in Tobias Sammet "Avantasia" album.)

This year Rob has stepped out on his own to start his solo career with his amazing debut album called "Rage of Creation". Produced and co-written by his long-time friend, Roy Z, who has recently produced Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Rob Halford (Judas Priest), and Helloween, "Rage of Creation" is receiving rave reviews and accolades as the "ultimate hard rock album of the year".
