| Ashton Main, the oldest daughter of Tillet and Clarissa Main. Ashton, a jealous, beautiful southern belle makes many acquaintances with gentleman such as Billy Hazard, Forbes LaMott, and finally marries James Huntoon, while later having Elkhana Bent as a lover. She was banished from the Main land forever after plotting to murder Billy Hazard who had just married her sister Brett, out of jealously of course. This plot shows up once again right before the firing on Fort Sumtner when she pays of afew guys to kill Billy and Brett but fail. Ashton continues to plot evil with Elkanah Bent, scheming ways to ruin her brother Orry. |
