| Salem Jones, employed by Tillet Main to be the slave enforcer at Mont Royal. Orry does not agree with the heavy wipings that Jones gives, and puts a stop to one. He is then later fired by Orry soon after his father (Tillet) dies. Jones and Charles Main also do not get along, and have a brawl at a county saloon where Orry breaks it up and scolds his cousin for fighting with such an unworthy person. |
