Maude Flanders is the god fearing, devoted wife of Ned Flanders. Maude is a housewife that stays home to raise her two sons, Rod and Todd. In her spare time Maude reads the Bible, highlighting passages. Maude is very strict on the subject of morals. In many Simpsons episodes she has spoken out against moral outrages in the community.
