I’m
sitting here alone
And thinking of her face
Thoughts of how she made me feel
Flood my minds eye
Everything we went through
And everything we did
I wonder why I left her
Behind of everything
Everything I would do
Seemed so important
With my vision blurred
By everything around me
I failed to realize
The important things in life
Until I lost the one I had
The one I left behind
Eyes
Of An Angel
by Josh Griffith
When I see the eyes of an angel
The world fades away
When I see a smile so beautiful
There’s nothing words can say
To describe all the ways
She brightens up my world
The
pain in this world disappears
In her angel eyes
And with her smile in my eyes
The past leaves my mind
No drug could replace
The sight of her angel eyes
Loneliness
by Josh Griffith
At
the lonely side of love
There sits my throne
Decarated in the gold of my dispair
And the crystals of my brocken heart
What I’d give to move from this place
From the side of this pool of tears
To a place with brighter skies
And a sea to send away my fears
Life
by Josh Griffith
A
young boy waits to come into the light
But his happiness is cut short by the choice of his mothers fight
She fights over life and over death
And to make her life what she thought better she chose death
That boys tears will never be seen and never be comforted
Because of the choice his mother made
That choice to better her life left a hole that only he can fill
Her tears will never dry, her tears will never stop
Because of the choice she made
That boy is dead tossed away like old rags
While his mother, his murderer realizes whats she’s done
She will never be whole and never be the same
Because of her choice of death to help her selfish pride
That boy was the key to open her heart and be happy
And she tossed it away never to be found to help
her selfish pride
