The flame dances around the burning
Candle wick, enticing the wax with it's
Temptation. It's body flowing over the heavy
Smoke that rises above them and disapates.
The wax melts in the arms of her glowing
Love. His wick extending, burning from
Within the very care of her. The two
Together exhaust as the wax traps the
Candle wick in the center of her being....
Drowning him with her intense emotions,
That overflow-- spilling onto the floor....
Drip by drip. Movements of shadows on
The wall, leaving fragmented memories
Painted in the back of their minds. The
Past may never be forgotten, for the flame
Shall burn again... some other day.
