Your Instructor
With over 15 years of training and experience in various styles, I have a unique understanding and insight of the martial arts.
I have taught for over 5 years, to a range of age groups (5 and up) as well as to the physically disabled (blind and deaf).

I continue to train regularly and with a number of styles to keep up to date.

I have trained in the styles of:
Karate / Ninpo Taijutsu / Aikido / Hapkido / Kenjutsu / Kobudo (Traditional Weaponry) / Historical European (Western Arts)
and also draw upon techniques / principles of:
Taekwondo / Wing Chun / Wushu / Jeet Kun Do / Boxing

Each style has its own unique lessons.

I also study the philosophy and spirituality of the way of the warrior and can share this as well.

I have experience in security, event management and bodyguard work .
I am trained in social welfare, youth recreation and human resource management.

I offer you the experience of an instructor who aims to assist you to achieve your maximum potential and attain your goals. All training is held in a personalized and challenging atmosphere. For maximum learning there needs to be a mix of fun and discipline.

Self-Defence Courses
Self defence and personal safety for Men, Women and Children.

Learn a system of self-defence that is easy to learn and effective to use. Be prepared physically mentally and emotionally for any situation. Self-defence isn't just about fending off an attacker but learning skills to avoid and prevent dangerous situations from occurring.

Learn how to react in self defence situations safely, effectively and within the law.

Self-defence courses are tailored to suit your specific needs and can be scheduled for any time period from one half day, to a weekend, or a full ten week course where students attended for one evening per week.

Basic Self-defence covers awareness, threat awareness, prevention, legalities and quick and effective verbal and physical self defence.

Advanced Self-defence covers responses to more serious situations and effective holds, restraints and defence against weapons.


Corporate & Schools Workshops
Corporate self-defence courses are an excellent method for building confidence in your staff, assisting team building and lifting morale within the place of work. Arrange regular classes for staff fitness.
