MATERIALS :
3/4 inch pvc, 3/4 inch solvent pvc ball valve,
3 90 degree pvc elbows, 2 pvc tee's, pvc glue, saw, bike inner tube valve,
pvc end cap,
sand paper, and 5 minute epoxy glue.
DIRECTIONS: the barrel is 14.5 inches long. this gets glued into the ball valve.
cut a 6 inch section and this will be the section between the valve
and the first of two tees. the first tee gets glued to the
begining assembly. the next part in line is a 2.5 inch segment
of pvc pipe. then the next tee. a 13.5 inch segment of pvc
continues the chamber. this comes to an elbow.
cut two 7 inch segments of pvc and glue to the elbow
and one to the first tee.
the remaining elbows get glued to the drop
peices. make sure before glue sets that all segments are
parellel. the remaining segment is 17.5 inches long and
gets glued between the elbows. the bike valve gets glued
through a whole in the end cap. make sure enough epoxy
glue is around the valve to seal it. use a small 2.5
inch segment to join the end cap and second tee.
let the glue dry overnight and you'll be ready to shoot. if you do not
wait long enough the gun will almost explode.
