Deceit

My heart filled with burning rage,
My mind as profound as the sage.
I carry on a loud, unheard cry.
I hear only a universal lie.
I see the world of shame and deceit,
I see these people of greed and conceit.
These people can't get past the confusion,
They can't overcome the delusion.
They make up this world of pretend.
They destroy the world that we can no longer mend.
I need to be free,
Free from this indecency.
