BODY:
Bare metal re-spray using 2 pack Glasurit colour (Audi laser red) and 2 pack primer. Body completely stripped and all hanging panels removed, rust proofed, and painted inside and out.
All new rubbers, re-trimmed interior, new dash.
No butchery to the body for the modifications. (Only the holes drilled in the floor for the cage).
6 point roll cage in 2 pack black, incorporating rear strut brace. Total harnesses.
JVC radio CD player with Pioneer speakers, Carbine alarm, central locking, kill switch, pin no security on computer, auto arming and turbo timer. Re-wired halogen (130/90) headlights, fire extinguisher. Sports leather steering wheel.
SUSPENSION:
Painted in black 2 pack.
Front: 220 lb/in springs, Bilstein inserts, adjustable lower control arms, camber take on blocks, modified cross member to reduce bump steer, nolothane bushes, strut brace and adjustable sway bar. ½” wheel studs, solid coupling steering column.
Rear: 270 lb/in springs, Bilstein inserts, nolothane bushes, strengthened diff. Mounts. Adjustable sway bar. ½” wheel studs.
WHEELS:
Skyline GTS white 16 X 7”, with Falken.
BRAKES:
4 wheel vented discs (Ford XF), front HQ calipers, rear Ford ZH Fairlaine calipers, 1” master cylinder, in cabin bias adjustment, full set of race pads as spares.
DRIVE TRAIN:
Fully rebuilt
L28, 1mm o/size, Garrett T3 turbo, .82 exhaust housing, bored out 32 mm separate
Garrett waste gate, custom designed and built 316 stainless steel manifold (36mm
ID, 3mm wall), 4” to 3” 316 stainless steel exhaust (all mandrel bends) and
stainless genie tornado muffler. Spare straight through tail pipe for racing.
K
& N air filter, cold air intake, stainless intake and turbo pipes, blow off
valve, in cabin boost control. Head and block fully prepared, ported, polished cc’d, and balanced. Speco 198 cam (270 duration), FIA heavy valve springs,
vernia cam wheel, 8.5:1 compression ratio, 65mm throttle body, 100 HP injectors,
adjustable fuel regulator, custom stainless steel large volume fuel rail,
stainless steel surge tank, scavenger pump and duel EFI pumps (switchable). Air
to water intercooler with alloy surge tank, duel pumps, 3 pass front heat
exchanger. Programmable Wolf 3D fuel and ignition computer, Nology leads and
Silverstone plugs. FJ20 65 amp alternator. Heavy duty 3 core radiator, oil
cooler. Centerforce duel friction 240mm clutch with Patrol flywheel.
Close ratio 5 speed box with 200 SX internals,(larger gears, dual syncro’s on 2nd and 3rd, syncro in reverse). Short shift modification. 3.7 R200 Nismo LSD with shimmed up clutches, CV half shafts, tail shaft loop.
