Jamie and I holding a Carpet Python

Here is a beautiful carpet python. Just have a go at this girl. She may not look that big but that's because the other half of her is behind us. In the time that the lady sat her on our lap to when she snapped the picture she slithered behind us. One in 3 homes in Queensland has one of these beauts in the roof. That may seems scary, but these girls eat varmits that are even worse pests like mice and possums. The lady who gave our talk said that most people who get them removed ask to have them put back because the possums that take their place keep them up all night with their running and playing around.
