The mask man
He is found in the celler of the clock tower. once you have retrieved your ocarina he will return you from a deku shrub to normal link. He also teachs you how to paly the song of healing
The bombers
These youngsters are a gang in clock town. As deku link if you paly their game of hide and seek they will make you a member of teh gang. They will also tell you the secret password to get into the clock tower (note: the pass changes on every cartridge of majora's maks so there is no set pass) to get the bombers note pad play their game again when your normal link.
