I do for myself, my executors or administrators, heirs and assigns, waive any and all claims as may accrue for me or them against Tampa Bay Catamaran Sailors, Inc. and Gulfport Yacht Club arising from entry or participation of my yacht in this regatta or resulting from any related activity. I agree to be responsible for any and all damage caused by me to any property from which this event is sited.

I certify that my yacht is in compliance with USCG requirements and its respective yacht class safety standards to participate in this event. I further attest that my crew and I are able to swim.

If the race participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian shall be required to sign a release.
