Punched Type

1. Start off with these settings if your going to use the texture that was provided in the other tutorial.

2. Then go and copy that texture from the other site and then paste it in Photoshop.

3. Choose the Type Tool and then near the top of Photoshop near File, Edit, etc. Chose the Mask Type. Then type in whatever text you want.

4. Your setup now should look like this, if not go back and see what you did wrong.

5. Then go to Edit/Copy.

6. Then go to "Create A New Layer" which is a paper with it's bottom corner folded up. Then you should get a layer called "Layer 2".

7. Make sure Layer 2 is highlighted and then press Ctrl+V or go to Edit/Paste. Then your layer should look something like that above.

8. On "Layer 2" right-click and go to Blending Options.

9. Now choose Inner Shadow on the left hand side of your selection and make sure your settings look like this.

10. After you've done that go to Image/Adjust and then go to Brightness/Contrast.

11. Make your settings look like the above picture.

12. After that your all done and can experiment with your results or go back and do it again bit do different things and use different textures.
