Assembly
First you need to clean the pipes where you will be cementing them together. First take the end cap and tap a hole to screw in the Tire Valve. Put some High-Temp RTV Silicone on the inside of the cap to make an air tight bond between the PVC pipe and the tire valve. Now cement it to the end of the 45" pipe. Take the 45" x 2" and cement it to the 2" coupling. Now cement the 2" coupling to the 2" to 1" Reducing Bushing. Now cut about 1' x 1" to about 3" x 1". Now cement it to the 1" side of the 2" to 1" Reducing Bushing. Cement the other end of the 3" x 1" to the 1" PVC to Male Thread. your now done with the 45" PVC pipe.

Take the 48" x 1 1/2" and cement it to the 1 1/2" coupling. Now cement the 1 1/2" coupling to the 1 1/2" to 1" Reducing Bushing. Now cut about 1' x 1" to about 3" x 1". Now cement it to the 1" side of the 1 1/2" to 1" Reducing Bushing. Cement the other end of the 3" x 1" to the 1" PVC to Male Thread. your now done with the 48" PVC pipe. Now screw both the male adapters to the Rainbird Solenoid Valve. Let it sit over night.
