Trailer Trash to the extreme. That's how you describe Cletus. The great Trailer Trash Champion is back. No more with the hatred, but the sheer gullibilty of a redneck has found its way home. So it's finally time for the goodtimes to return for Cletus.

Cletus had a good run of championships in 1998 when he won the IC, Cruiserweight, and Television championships. Then in 1999 he was successful in obtaining the Tag Team Championships with fellow redneck partner, Eli Fulton. Cletus even brought in his friends Tom Groesch and Alanna Reynolds, then added Nick Hollerhaur to their team to form the Confederacy. They shocked the world when they allied themselves with Gemini Drake, however Gemini was the cause of their downfall.

Cletus also has an obsession with Mahalia, Gemini's older sister, and even defeated her twice for the World title. His last title reign ended by Rambo Mitts when he was driven head first into the mat from on top of a steel cage. His last match in 2001 was a World title shot against champion Sean Bull, and he failed to obtain the title.

Cletus joined the EWF with Alanna and was able to obtain the Hardcore championship with Alanna's help. However when Psycho, the owner, stripped Cletus of the title for "not defending it" Cletus left the EWF and back to the WWF.

To this day Cletus desires one thing and one thing only, the WWF championship. He will stop at nothing until he can obtain the title for a third time.
