.....To begin the Universe God created the Heavens and the Earth...to begin WOTO Black Wolf & Madd Money had to decide exactly what they wanted. Both men's singles charges were destroying all the competition on FriXtion and it didn't seem like any single man could stop them. So what happens when you take the immovable object of Kash and the unstoppable force of Apocalypse and add them together? You get the beginnings of greatness. However, Wolf & MM weren't idiots and they knew that two men, no matter how great they were, couldn't begin to compete with the stables that has helped build the RWF. So the two set out to find the perfect compliments to Kash's amazing technical ability and Apocalypse's so far unmatched brute strength. However, in the middle of this search they were sidetracked a bit when they teamed with Cool J to beat and disband the We Kicked Your Ass Club. After the victory many people expected Cool J to join MM & Wolf's still un-named duo but the business men had their eyes set on someone else. In one of the most historic nights on RWF Television 4 masked men launched a silmultaneous assault on the FriXtion Toughman Champion and the Inferno Conquest Champion. At the FriXtion arena 2 men in black masks were ferociously assaulting the Champ in the parking lot with a pair of black baseball bats while the masked men at Inferno took the bats to the Champ in front of everyone on the entrance ramp. The next week on FriXtion the newly founded nWo was met with the same assault that fell the champ the week before and on Inferno the masked men began their systematic breakdown of the tag team division by beating down the Tag Champs. Both shows went off the air with the masked men holding their bloody bats high and everyone wondering who they were and who could stop them. Their answer would come sooner than anyone thought and it was one nobody expected.

.....Three weeks after the assaults began FriXtion & Sinister came on the air with feeds that linked the two shows. Soon after the opening to the shows ended "Bow Down" by Westside Connection filled the arena and the lights went out. When they came back on the 4 masked men stood at the top of the Sinister rampway and the Powers that Be (Madd Money & Black Wolf) were laughing on the Rebellion Tron from a comfortable mansion in Hollywood. The two men on the ends removed their masks to reveal themselves as the RWF's newest tag team, The Outsiders (Kash & Apocalypse). The third person removed his mask slowly and revealed himself as Agony, a longtime employee of the RWF but who had been a mid-card wrestler for most of that time. The fourth man removed his mask and took both arenas by shock as he revealed himself as Phoenix, a new addition to the RWF roster and a beloved favorite of the crowd. Madd Money welcomed everyone to the Outside of society and said that these men who nobody expected anything from...would be ruling everyone soon enough. Now in addition to the technical skills of Kash and Apocalypse's power, the WOTO could add the unstable brutality of Agony and the amazing high risk efforts of Phoenix. A revolution had been born but a legacy was about to begin.

.....The WOTO soon began to dismantle everyone in their path and anyone else they wanted to lay their hands on. Some people realized that WOTO truly was the next big thing and wanted a piece of the action. Those turned away from the doors to the Outside because of lack of talent include Hades, Titan, Macca, and ArkAngel. However, a lucky few made the cut and were welcome into the new Kliq with open arms. The first of these additions was Spike. The Powers quickly saw that the long time RWF Hardcore Icon would ONLY fit into WOTO and, with his amazing talents, WOTO wouldn't be complete without him. However, not wanting to rush everyone they had faith in into a WOTO T-Shirt they put Spike to the test. After passing everything thrown at him for weeks Spike was proudly offered his rightful spot in the stable. .....Another of these early additions was Havok who had strength that was close to Apocalypse's. The long time RWF employee yet constant mid to low carder was tested as well and passed most of the trials. He was brought into WOTO and following a thunderous introduction that scored many titles for WOTO and Havok he seemed to have lost his edge...as his girlfriend Josie Pleasure, who's beauty is topped only by her skills in the ring and dangerous chair shot, began to think of her future and pursuid a spot in the group as well. After countless requests she was granted a chance to take a spot from someone who was beginning to disapoin the Powers...her boyfriend Havok. At the Slaughter PPV the two met in a singles match to determine who was the rightful owner of this spot was. Josie came out of the match victorious but announced that she would not take her boyfriends spot in the superpower. The Powers saw true talent in the girl and instead of losing her for good they allowed Havok to keep his spot and created a new one for Josie.

.....Also at that same PPV The Outsiders were meeting their old enemies the nWo in the first ever Triple Pack Challenge. The Outsiders easily swept the first Challenge, the Doorless Cage, after the clause the nWo put in the match that said anyone could interfere bit them in the preverbial ass when the rest of WOTO stormed the Cage and beat the nWo down so The Outsiders could pick up the first fall. The second fall, Ladder Match, was also picked up by the Outsiders when their first swerve of the match came into play and nWo manager and FriXtion owner Jerry Biggs grab the briefcase at the top of the ladder and handed it to Apocalypse. The third and final fall, Hard 20, was also won by The Outsiders when the 2nd greatest swerve in RWF history saw the light. Then end of the match saw nWo member Hades put his partner Macca through a table to score the final points for The Outsiders. Hades then pulled off his nWo shirt to reveal a WOTO shirt. He tried to celebrate with Kash & Apoc only to be nailed with a Market Crash and have the shirt ripped right off of him.
