Mordor
Mordor is the eastern land that is home to Sauron. It is ringed
by mountains, and has at its heart the volcano Mount Doom. It is a land of ash, dust, and
evil creatures, all enslaved to Sauron's will. The Southern Passes are dominated by the
Morgul Gates, that guard the best entrance to or from the country. It is these gates that
the land of Gondor is placed to oppose.
