Tri Cities Program:Investigations and research has proven that a population in a zone of armed conflict do not have the means to achieve reconciliation within the dynamics of the private sector. Thus the proposal set forth here is to establish the enviornmental human ecologies necessary for cross cultural explorations ( Inter-Cultrual Communication ), and discovery of crucial issues of commonality ( Critical Path Methodologies ). It is in the development of an envionment on American-United States' soil, and its careful preparation in which Arab and Israeli families can jointly participate within a community setting. Then by the innate human condition, bring about understandings, hopefully for the good, though there will be some fustration at times.
