If you would rather order through the mail, we accept checks and U.S. money and postal orders. For those members living outside the United States, please send checks that are made out to the equivalent of U.S. dollars in your country's currency.
Please let indicate along with your shipping address whether you would want surface mail or air mail shipments of your selections.
Surface mailing and handling per item:
$4.00, add $2.00 for each additional item
Air mail rates ADD $3.00 to above rates
