During the mid 1980’s, tax laws in Finland made the 1.3 Sierra an attractive option for use as business cars. A number of these humble engines were turbocharged by local Ford Dealerships, upping the power to around the region of their 2.0 counterparts. Some 1.6 and 2.0 engines also received similar treatment.
