VENDOR REGISTRATION CONTRACT
SPACE INFORMATION
*Rented space size is 20ft. X 20ft.
*If you need electricity, you must bring your own generator.
*Sites on the circle available on a first come, first serve basis.
SPACE FEES:
TRADERS
$40.00 ON THE CIRCLE
FOOD VENDORS
$75.00 ON THE CIRCLE
SPACE PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED
In order for us to hold your space, pre-payment is required by August 15, 2008.
Payment may be in the form of certified check, or money order, made out to the:
GREAT NORTH WINDS POW-WOW.
*Sorry we are unable to accept personal checks.
REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds for no shows.
*Vendors must be on the grounds by 10:00a.m. Saturday September 6, 2008.
CAMPING:
*Be prepared for rough camping.
*Clean water is available on site.
*Campfires are not allowed.
The Great North Winds Pow-wow is a DRUG, ALCOHOL, AND POLITICS
FREE POW-WOW, this behavior will not be tolerated, the person or persons
Involved will be escorted off the grounds.
*NO ITEMS THAT PROMOTE DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL BE SOLD OR DISPLAYED AT THIS POW-WOW.
Traditionally, dogs are not to be at Spiritual Gatherings, or Pow-wows. In the
Event that your pet will be a guest at our Pow-wow, please make sure that he or she is restrained for their protection, and the protection of our other guests.
Security will be on the grounds 24 hours.
