The Historical Sites Of England

Here are a lot of pictures of a few historical sites I have been to so far during my adventures in England.  Sorry about the time it might take to download.  When I get more pictures I will probably  sort them by town or something, but I do not have that many yet.  :)

The Roman Baths were the first place I went to when I arrived in England.  The water is a beautiful green because of all the sulphur in it.  But the whole experience was awesome.  Right next to the Roman Baths was Bath Abbey, the very large structure you see before you.  Really cool town to go to if you decide to visit England.  Below are the pictures from inside Bath Abbey.  Awesome architecture, just stunning.

Here are some more pictures of another Cathedral, the largest one in England as a matter of fact.  Winchester Cathedral!  It is such a place of awe you have to see it to behold all of it, it's quite overwhelming and the pictures do little justice.  All I have now however is a few things inside the cathedral.  External shots will be loaded when I have them.  That Golden Figure is Joan Of Arc.

And here is the home of the famous bard and playwright, Shakespeare!  Really interesting cottage, with a full orchard and garden within the property as well, this is a beautiful place indeed.  The house next to it is where The Bard was born.  Both places are located in the town of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
