     Kaiba and Pegasus continue their duel.  Yugi tells the others about Pegasus's Millennium Eye and the power to see cards Kaiba is holding.  Joey and the others seem to doubt what he is telling them not ready to believe in the magic of the Shadow Games.  Mai knows that is what Yugi said is true, there is not way for Kaiba to win.  Yugi knows there has to be a way for Kaiba to win and reminds the others that he is a champion.  He's bound to have a backup strategy.

     Kaiba is beginning to understand the power of the Millennium Eye but thinks that he can still win with his cards.  He plays another monster in Defense Mode to join his Rude Kaiser and waits for Pegasus to make his move.  Pegasus starts to talk about his favorite cartoon, "Funny Bunny."  He talks about the mishaps on the show but Kaiba interrupts him and tells him to make his move.  So Pegasus does just that.  He plays his next card, Toon World!  Pegasus's Dark Rabbit is covered in the protection of Toon World where Kaiba cannot attack it, but it can still emerge to attack Kaiba's creatures.  The Dark Rabbit destroys Kaiba's Battle Ox and retreats back into his Toon World.  Since Kaiba can't attack he plays a card face down and ends his turn.

     Pegasus starts to get cocky and shows of to Kaiba by playing the Blue Eyes White Dragon that he took from him.  It emerges in the Toon World and comes out as Blue Eyes Toon Dragon.  It has the same attack and defense points of a normal Blue Eyes with all the benefits of Toon World.  It destroys Kaiba's Rude Kaiser, his last defense monster.  Kaiba is shocked but not yet beaten.  He finally realizes Pegasus can see his hand so he decides to play the top card on his deck.  He remembers what Yugi taught him about the Heart of the Cards and his faith rewards him with the Second Blue Eyes White Dragon.  He tries to attack but Pegasus's monsters dodge it.  Pegasus explains that just like in his favorite cartoon, Funny Bunny, his Toon Monsters can't be damaged by any attack.  The others question if playing Toon World was legal.  Yugi tells them that Toon World was never released to the public because it was too powerful and Pegasus must have the only one.  Since Kaiba is playing without looking at his cards, Pegasus has to read his mind to get any information about Kaiba's deck.

     Pegasus plays another power up card for his Toon Monsters and the stronger Blue Eyes Toon Dragon attacks the original.  Kaiba blocks the attack with Negate Attack.  Kaiba plays Shadow Eyes Spell and is able to trap the Blue Eyes Toon Dragon and destroy it, reducing Pegasus's life points to 1200.  Pegasus gets upset over loosing one of his Toon monsters and plays Dragon Capture Jar sucking in the other Blue Eyes.  The Jar gets the same defense points as the Blue Eyes inside.  Kaiba doesn't give up and plays a monster in defense.  But on Pegasus's turn, he plays Dragon Piper and summons the Blue Eyes from within the Jar under his control.  As he is doing this, Kaiba tries to attack with Swordstalker hoping to cancel the Dragon Piper's effect.  Pegasus retaliates with Doppelganger and clones Kaiba's crush card.  When the Swordstalker attacks, Kaiba's whole deck is infected with a virus.  Kaiba starts to worry that he might loose and as a last effort, plays Saggi the Dark Clown which is easily destroyed.  Kaiba has lost the duel.

     Immediately, Pegasus begins to taunt and mock Kaiba for loosing his only opportunity to save his brother Mokuba and win back his soul.  He reminds Kaiba that his soul now belongs to him.  He takes a blank card and uses his Millennium Eye to seal Kaiba's soul in the card.  Yami Yugi is shocked over Kaiba's defeat and threatens Pegasus telling him soon they will have a match and Yugi will win.  Pegasus reminds Yugi that for the right to duel him, he must first defeat all the other finalist.  He will have to face his friends Joey and Mai before he gets a chance to save Grandpa, Mokuba, and now Kaiba.

Episode Rating (1-10) 8.7  Wow.  Great dueling even if Pegasus held control most of the time.  Now Yugi must face Pegasus not only for his Grandpa, but for Mokuba and Kaiba as well.  That is if he will forgive Kaiba.  Pegasus is the greater evil and how will Yugi take him down.
