Blizzard 2003
Bryn Mawr Style

Mike and I both took some pictures to help us remember our senior year in college when Mother Nature decided to drop 20"+ on our heads in three days time. Needless to say, I think we will remember this for a long time

The first set of pictures are all Mike's and from the night of the 16th. At about 1:45am, we went out to check out what the snow fall totals were and somehow decided to walk down Lancaster Ave and even have Chris SNOWBOARD down it. Fun stuff! Here's some pics:

These two are pictures of Lancaster at that time....it is NEVER this dead!

Just after we got out to Lancaster, I found a huge pile of nice white soft fluffy snow and decided it was perfect to fall back into. Chris and Mike decided it would be perfect to cover me! So here I am coverered in very cold snow on the sidewalk of Lancaster Ave:

We continued our trek down Lancaster and I looked on the ground and there was this street sign, it appeared that a plow took it out. Oh well, we took it home!

Then it was time for the real fun. We got this idea that it would be really cool to ride a tube down Lancaster. Well, instead of a tube, we just had Chris snowboard down it. You can see me off in the distance because I was thinking I'd push Chris to get him started but he did just fine on his own:
