STUFFED HARD-COOKED EGGS
STUFFED HARD-COOKED EGGS
Cut 4 hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with a fork and add:
- 2 tb. mayo
- 1/2 ts. each dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
- dash ea. paprika, cayenne, black pepper
- 1 ts. salt
Fill egg whites with yolk mix. Dust with paprika.
